Author Tanya Cole

Tanya Cole was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She fell in love with writing in the first grade. She used her voice to write short stories, essays, and poetry. She received awards for her creative works of Nonfiction and Fiction. She developed her skills by writing creative stories about her experiences living in the gritty streets of Memphis.  She also studied Creative Writing at the University of Memphis.
